Work field 1: Management

Participating partners: University of Tübingen, MPI Nijmegen, Institute for the German Language Mannheim, Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften Berlin

The tasks in the field of management are equally divided between the four partners. Their tasks are the following:

• designing contractual relationships to subcontractors;
• attending the work of subcontractors;
• coordinating project work alongside activities in the CLARIN-project;
• having regular meetings between the executive committee, the advisory board, the plenum and the work groups.

The coordinator of the project is in charge of the reporting system, which is mainly responsible for regular progress and status reports in front of the project executing organisation and the project advisory board. Furthermore, the coordinator manages the contractual relationships between the partners.
