D-SPIN - a German infrastructure for Language Resources and Tools
D-SPIN is the German contribution to the European CLARIN-Projekt (Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure).
The project D-SPIN provides the basis for a stable and sustainable infrastructure of language resources and language technologies, serving above all empirical research in humanities and social sciences.
The D-SPIN project ended on March 31, 2011. Since Mai 1, 2011, our work continues in the follow-up projct "CLARIN-D -- a web and centre based research infrastructure for the social sciences and humanities". It is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) for an initial duration of 3 years.
The new project web page will be linked in short.
